Spring Festival Holiday Notice 2026

As the 2026 Chinese Lunar New Year of the Horse approaches, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your trust and support throughout the year. To celebrate this traditional festival, we hereby inform you of our business arrangements during the holiday period to help you plan your orders and purchases reasonably:

Production Workshop Holiday: From February 6th, 2026 to February 26th, 2026.

Normal production will resume on February 27th, 2026.

1. Email Communication: Email communication will remain available during the holiday. We will check and reply to your emails regularly to ensure smooth communication.
2. Order Acceptance: Our website order system will stay open. You can submit orders at any time, and we will register them in the order of submission.
3. Production & Shipping: Due to the production workshop holiday, no production or shipping will be arranged for orders received during the holiday. After resuming production, we will give priority to processing orders received during the holiday, and arrange production, quality inspection and shipping in the registered order to ensure the goods are delivered to you as soon as possible.

• If you have urgent order requirements, we recommend submitting and confirming them before February 6th to allow us to reserve production time before the holiday and avoid delaying your schedule.
• The order processing cycle will be extended during the holiday. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and tolerance.
